Workplace from Meta has recently announced a partnership with Microsoft Teams. With the new integrations, employees will be able to access material from Workplace through Teams without having to switch between the two apps.
Besides, this integration also gives employees the ability to watch and participate in live meetings from Teams on the Workplace application without having to switch to that platform.
“One thing I learned from the pandemic is that companies don’t just rely on one tool to get their work done, so it is our responsibility as leaders in the space to make sure the tools they use, integrate and interoperates with each other,” said Jeff Teper, CVP Product & Engineering, Microsoft Teams.
The integration is available as a free update, which can be downloaded now. Try it today. However, users will have to wait until 2022 to view meetings and broadcasts from Teams on Workplace from Meta.
